The Role

In this role, you will play a vital part in leading the sales function and business growth, as the company aims to expand into mainstream retail. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Sales Manager who is comfortable balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution to contribute to shape the UK growth strategy.

Responsibilities
  • Manager of Sales in the UK with direct line management responsibilities.
  • Create annual sales and business growth strategies customised for key strategic sectors.
  • Drive to research and identify new business opportunities, drive sales and grow the existing customer base.
  • Focus on engagement for lead generation in line with business expansion aims, integrating strategic prospect targeting, and actively identifying avenues to engage with potential clients.
  • Increase sales volumes including entry into the food market in mainstream retail, food service & B2B field.
  • Strengthen communication & collaboration with HQ.
  • Think strategically - setting responsibilities and using collaboration to develop and improve the business.
