Sales Manager to play a pivotal role in both winning new clients and nurturing long-term partnerships. This is a hybrid role that combines
account management and business development, giving you the chance to retain and grow existing accounts while driving new client wins. You’ll sell across a broad portfolio including coffee machines, water taps, consumables, and maintenance contracts — shaping solutions that transform workplaces.
What You’ll Be Doing- Identifying and winning new office/workplace clients
- Managing and expanding existing client accounts, ensuring retention and upsell opportunities
- Leading the full sales cycle: prospect → pitch → negotiate → close
- Collaborating with operations and marketing teams to deliver outstanding client outcomes
What We’re Looking For- Proven B2B sales experience (4+ years)
- Strong track record in both new business development and account management
- Excellent commercial acumen and negotiation skills
- Confident communicator and presenter
- Self-starter with resilience, drive, and CRM proficiency
- (Desirable) Experience in coffee, hospitality, or facilities sectors
The Package- £60,000 – £65,000 base salary
