Sales Manager

Chase Taylor Recruitment are currently working with a successful window and door installation/ Home improvement business who are looking to recruit an experienced fenestration Sales Manager to join their team and increase their sales.

This company has been supplying fenestration products in the domestic & commercial markets for over 15 years. They offer a high quality, personalised service for their customers in the supply and installation of windows, doors, conservatories & garden rooms in a range of stylish and innovative designs that are available in a variety of colours, materials, and finishes.

The right candidate for this role will have current experience selling and promoting fenestration products to the domestic and commercial markets.

The role responsibilities:

1. Service the requirements of existing customer base.
2. Seek out and maximise the potential for new business, both from existing and new customers.
3. Promote the company and its range of products in an enthusiastic and positive manner.
4. Make use of all marketing initiatives available to gain business.
5. Maintain regular contact with the MD to advise on all current issues in your area.
6. Attend occasional appointments to promote and advise on products to fit client/customers budget and aesthetic.
7. Complete monthly sales reports.
8. Training will be provided where needed.
9. Working days are Monday to Friday with occasional Saturdays to attend appointments.

Candidates' skills and experience:

1. Have a background in Sales within the Windows and Doors business.
2. Has current or previous experience selling aluminium, timber & Upvc w&d products.
3. Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
4. Be sales and target driven.
5. Is able to manage own workload and be self-motivated.
6. Currently residing in the UK.
