We're looking for a Sales Manager with a passion for leadership, finance, and outstanding customer experiences to join us on the road ahead.

Your Role:

As the F&I Sales Manager, you'll play a central role in delivering financial solutions that meet customer needs while motivating and developing your team to achieve and exceed targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of Business Managers to provide a seamless Finance & Insurance experience
  2. Foster a high-performance culture that focuses on customer satisfaction and maximising F&I revenue
  3. Act as the go-to finance expert during the sales process, offering guidance and funding solutions tailored to each customer
  4. Manage a pipeline of finance leads and collaborate across sales and specialist departments
  5. Build strong relationships with finance partners and lenders, keeping up to date with policies and tools
  6. Identify opportunities for additional revenue and upsell appropriate finance products
  7. Handle inbound and outbound finance enquiries, converting them into appointments and sales
  8. Ensure full FCA compliance and promote best practices across the team
  9. Conduct regular coaching, one-to-ones, and performance reviews to support continuous team development
  10. Collaborate with other internal teams to ensure smooth, efficient operations

What You'll Bring:

  1. Proven experience in a Sales Manager or F&I leadership role
  2. Demonstrated success in driving sales performance and customer satisfaction
  3. Strong understanding of finance and insurance products in the motor trade
  4. Exceptional leadership, motivational, and coaching skills
  5. Solution-based selling mindset with the ability to overcome objections
  6. Strong organisational and time-management skills
  7. Confident dealing with performance challenges and developing team potential
  8. FCA accreditation (or willingness to become certified)
  9. A proactive, professional, and customer-focused approach
