We are looking for a Sales Manager to join our global team.

Position: Sales Manager Metals & Paper

Your role:

  • Responsible for all sales activities with existing and new accounts.
  • Target-driven role with defined goals, selling to the plastics, carbon, and non-woven web manufacturing industries.
  • You are results-oriented, independent, and self-organizing.
  • You understand customer goals, identify new accounts, and create new opportunities.
  • Conduct presentations of our portfolio to match customer requirements.

What we expect of you:

  • Some work experience in a similar role, preferably in the materials industry. A machine-vision sales background is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude towards sales.
  • Travel required (approximately 80%) to visit different client sites.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to consider different perspectives.
  • Fluent in English, as this is our internal language.
  • Proactive, stress-resistant, and able to maintain an overview.
  • Values innovation and sustainability. Most importantly, an enthusiastic team player who is willing to ask for and offer support when needed.
