A not-to-miss opportunity has become available for a Sales Manager at our client's successful franchised car dealership in Hayle!

Your key job objectives as a Sales Manager will include:
  1. Achieving and striving to exceed all targets and sales objectives through a well-developed and motivated sales team.
  2. Working with the senior management team to formulate policies and procedures to achieve maximum profitability from vehicles, finance, insurance, and accessory sales.
  3. Maximising sales and profitability through satisfaction and retention of customers.
  4. Helping our client to achieve standards of process efficiency and cost control.
  5. The role will also involve stock control and forecourt management.

The Sales Manager role requires an individual with a stable and successful management background within a franchise car dealer, ideally with exposure to a busy department. Experience in a medium to large size dealership and a strong F&I background are preferable. Only candidates with current or recent experience in automotive sales management will be considered. Leadership by example and customer satisfaction are key. A UK driving license with minimal points is essential.
