For The Successful Sales Manager Our Client Is Offering

• £45,000 to £50,000 per annum basic salary DOE
• 8:30 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday
• Full-time permanent position
• Monthly and quarterly performance-based commission scheme
• Company car

The Role - Sales Manager

• Predominately office-based, reporting directly to the Head of Sales for the group
• Oversee a team of Business Development Managers, driving sales performance and ensuring targets are met or exceeded
• Develop strategies, coach your team, and build strong client relationships to secure new business
• Monitor individual and team performance, set KPIs, and provide regular feedback and coaching
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, targeting the right markets and sectors
• Prepare and present sales forecasts, performance reports, and market analysis to senior management
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions to inform sales strategies
• Ensure team adherence to company policies, health and safety regulations, and waste management legislation

What Our Client is Looking for in a Sales Manager

• Previous experience in a Sales Management role - ESSENTIAL
• Knowledge of the Waste Management Industry - HIGHLY BENEFICIAL
• Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing and developing high-performing sales teams
• Strategic, results-driven sales approach
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships at all levels
• Full UK driving license - ESSENTIAL
