THE COMPANY: Headquartered in Manchester and over twenty years established. They specialise in software development helping organisations mid-size to enterprise level streamline EHS activities, expand sustainability and ESG reporting capabilities. The company is backed by world renowned investors and are now recruiting for an experienced Sales Manager to lead and coach a team of 8 Business Development Representatives (BDRs) covering EMEA markets.

THE ROLE: Working from the office in Manchester 4 days per week and from home once per week. The successful applicant will be responsible for leading, motivating and developing a high-performing team of 8 BDRs focused on new business acquisition and setting high-quality meetings for the wider sales team. You will be responsible for driving activity, performance, coaching, and development. You will also be a subject matter expert in best practice prospecting techniques, using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Allego, Lead Forensics and Cognism. Typical client contacts will include C-Suite stakeholders, Health & Safety Managers/Directors, Project Management Teams and Operations Managers across the EMEA region. Working hours will be 8.30am to 5.00pm.

EXPERIENCE: Emotional intelligence, passion for sales management and strong leadership skills are key. We are looking for candidates with at least 3 years of management experience within SAAS, IT or tech sectors, with a proven track record of developing successful teams. We will also consider candidates from other B2B tech backgrounds who have demonstrated outstanding leadership capability and consistent results.

The Package for Sales Manager:

· Basic: £60,000 – £65,000 depending on experience

· Bonus: £20,000 paid monthly
