Job summary

DP World and CNS seek a driven Sales Manager to drive revenue across the UK and Europe, owning new business development, managing client relationships and selling our SaaS solutions. Based from Southampton port, this role requires weekly on-site attendance and flexibility to travel across the UK, with collaboration across the sales team to shape strategies.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in sales with pipeline development and client engagement.
• Experience within shipping, logistics, transport, freight forwarding, or a related industry is advantageous.
• Background in customs software or SaaS solutions is highly desirable.
• Strong commercial awareness with experience managing stakeholder relationships.
• Confident communicator with strong presentation and analytical skills.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple opportunities effectively.
• Comfortable working collaboratively within a team environment.
• Experience using CRM systems to manage sales activity is advantageous.

Job description

DP World and CNS are looking for a driven Sales Manager to join our team, supporting growth across the UK and Europe. This is a commercially focused role where you’ll take ownership of developing new business, managing client relationships, and driving revenue through the sale of our SaaS solutions. You’ll work closely with the Senior Sales Manager and wider team, playing a key role in expanding CNS’s market presence and enhancing the customer experience.

Please note: This role is based from our Southampton port, with an expectation to attend site approximately once per week. We are open to candidates across the UK, so this is not a deal breaker.
