- On Target Earnings of £45,000

We’re looking for an enthusiastic estate agent to join and develop with a young forward-thinking independent Estate Agent. Oakwood Estates are expanding on existing talents and are now searching for an experienced Sales Manager.

They will have the necessary attributes to be a champion of Residential Property Sales and Listings in the area. You should have previous experience in Estate Agency and must genuinely like dealing with people in a business context and believe passionately in delivering a superior customer service. You will need drive and determination to succeed in winning business and creating opportunity.

Key objectives:

  1. Generate potential valuation appointments
  2. Win new instructions
  3. Engineering the touting system
  4. Listing and selling properties together with ancillary services
  5. Follow-up business leads
  6. Achieve minimum levels of business targets

The ideal candidate will:
  1. Be target orientated with a proven track record of achievement
  2. Be enthusiastic and motivated at all times
  3. Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  4. Be highly organized
  5. Have the ability to develop and maintain internal and external relationships
  6. Display high standards of service and presentation

Experience / Qualifications:
  1. 5 years plus experience in the Estate Agency industry
  2. Previous listing experience, preferably within the area

Hours:
  1. Monday to Friday 9am to 6.00pm
