Position: Sales Manager
As Sales Manager, you will drive sales by maintaining existing accounts and creating new opportunities in the public, health, and education sectors.
Responsibilities:
Sell library and educational furniture to public sector institutions.
Engage in proactive sales activities with active and dormant local authority accounts.
Respond to new sales leads and inquiries.
Stay informed about industry trends, product knowledge, and competitors.
Maintain sales pipeline and accurate sales forecasting.
Conduct site visits and surveys.
Identify and implement sales and marketing strategies to maximize opportunities.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role.
Proven face-to-face sales experience of at least 2 years.
Experience of 2 years in the educational, commercial, or library furniture and interiors industry (preferable).
Background of managing or working within a sales territory (desirable).
Full UK driving licence.
Availability of a company car.
