We are hiring for a dynamic investment property company, who is seeking an experienced and ambitious Sales Manager to join their Glasgow office. Role: Sales Manager

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm

Location: Glasgow (In-Person Only)

Reports to: Founder

Start Date: ASAP

This is an in-person, hands-on leadership role where you'll be responsible for building, leading, and growing a team of high-performing outbound salespeople from the ground up. This isn't a role for someone who wants to coast; it's a "sink or swim" environment where your drive and performance directly translate to significant earnings. You'll be instrumental in shaping our client's sales force and directly contributing to their aggressive growth targets.

What You'll Be Doing

-Building Your Team: Recruit and grow a team of 3-15 outbound property sales representatives.

-Cultivating Culture: Establish and nurture a positive, results-oriented culture centered on ownership, accountability, and high standards.

-Leading from the Front: Conduct engaging morning meetings, deliver impactful training sessions, and provide crucial 1-on-1 coaching.

-Driving Performance: Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as calls, conversions, offer rates, fall-throughs, and revenue.

-Implementing Excellence: Develop and enforce robust sales systems, effective scripts, and superior objection handling techniques.

-Challenging Underperformance: Directly address and improve areas of underperformance within your team.

-Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with leadership to continuously evolve and enhance our sales infrastructure.
