Sales Manager - Building Solution
Salary: 50,000 + Bonus + Car or Car Allowance
Suitable home locations will include: Bournemouth, Christchurch, Ringwood, Southampton, Salisbury, Blandford Forum or surrounding areas.

The Role
No cold calling required.
Working off leads generated through marketing campaigns and warm enquiries in the main you will be qualifying these enquiries, making site visits, bringing perspective customers in to see their operation and how their houses are constructed.
Naturally, they are looking for a great sales person who can close a deal.
About You
You need to be able to show that you are driven, dynamic and can close deals
You are capable of selling a building solution to House Builders, Architects
Experience of selling within the construction / building sector
