As their Business Development Manager you will be joining a respected and well-financed manufacturer of an MMC build method used primarily in the education sector for the construction of schools, colleges, and universities. With them being already established, they are now working with the Healthcare sector and carving out a niche in providing diagnostic and operating suites.
You will need to be able to demonstrate a stable sales track record in one of the following three areas of expertise:
- You will be selling an Offsite Construction based build solution to Education.
- You will sell to Main Contractors / Tier 1 Contractors.
- You will either have sold a build solution or a whole building envelope proposition.
Additional responsibilities include:
- Creation of new CPD Presentations.
- Leading successful framework agreements within the Healthcare sector.
- Working within the architectural specification market with a network of architects and end users (local authorities).
- Understanding of NBS Chorus and Source.
- Strong knowledge of the construction sector including contemporary issues around:
- Low Carbon (operational carbon & embodied).
- Construction project procurement.
- Building Safety Act.
