Job description

Red Recruitment are currently on the search for a Sales Manager with ambition to succeed and develop into a Sales Director.

This role is for a motivated, results-driven individual to join a dynamic team. This position offers the exciting opportunity to become an integral part of the senior management team.

Account Management is crucial; this constitutes 80% of this role. Build, nurture, and pursue new business opportunities within new and existing clients. Customer visits should take up 50% of your time.

Play a crucial role in developing and implementing the overall sales strategy for the business. Analyze market trends and create new product presentations.

Lead and mentor a small dedicated sales team, fostering a high-performing and motivated environment. Recruit, coach, and train new sales team members as the team grows.

  4. Positive attitude and a strong work ethic
  5. Flexibility towards hours - some overnight stays away may be required
