As a Sales Manager, you will mentor, influence, and lead a team of passionate sales consultants to deliver an exceptional prospect journey and member experience. All whilst challenging, planning, and inspiring the sales team to successfully hit individual and club monthly new member sales targets. You will analyze your club's sales data, performance metrics, and overall member feedback to make data-informed decisions that optimize team strategies. Please be aware this role includes working evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
