This is a superb opportunity to join the UK’s leading home improvement business as one of our Sales Managers. We are seeking an experienced sales professional or sales manager who is now looking to stretch their business development and management potential to the next level.

All our products are made in Britain to the highest standards. We are seeking a Sales Manager to lead our local team, driven by quality products and excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

  1. Leading, managing, and motivating a team of self-employed Sales Executives, developing your team using your sales abilities.
  2. Driving recruitment of self-employed Sales Representatives, Marketing Agents, and Area Marketing Leaders to set targets.
  3. Providing training, coaching, and development to your sales team to meet company standards.
  4. Encouraging the team to generate leads through approved methods and managing internal leads.
  5. Ensuring the team presents finance options in accordance with FCA regulations and company policies.
  6. Working with the Regional Sales Manager to meet sales targets, ensuring product, pricing, and profit margin compliance.
  7. Preparing and presenting regular sales reports.

Qualifications

  1. Proven experience as a Sales Representative or Sales Manager exceeding targets.
  2. Experience in Home Improvements or similar sectors preferred.
  3. Experience recruiting self-employed sales professionals is advantageous.
  4. Motivated with the ability to motivate others.
  5. Experience with remote meetings/sales appointments is a plus.
  6. Proactive, results-driven, flexible with workloads and hours.
  7. High customer service standards.
  8. Committed to personal development.
  9. Full UK driving license and own vehicle.

What we offer

  1. Basic salary of £25,366.80 with OTE between £50,000 - £100,000.
  2. Uncapped earnings and performance incentives.
