The Candidate:
Proven background selling into food service / retailers / B2B across the UK.
You must have the right to work in the UK to apply.
Understanding the technical requirements within food manufacturing, whether this be from a food science or culinary point of view is hugely advantageous.
This would suit someone with a senior sales background from a big hitter that supplies meals to the UK retailer market and can bring on board industry contacts.
Candidate must be able to give strong examples of listings won and YOY growth.
The Role:
Increasing volume, market share and profitability of the business.
Successfully winning new business.
Proactively manage Key Accounts, including client visits, gap identification, and identifying product issues the customer is having.
Management of all development projects inclusive of project pipeline to support new business in line with customer requirements and development brief guidelines.
Develop consumer marketing plans for the products in line with the business's overall strategy.
Leading customer presentations for the business in conjunction with Culinary and NPD.
Ensure any/all ambassadors remain completely focused and committed to the growth of the products.
