The Role

WehaveanexcitingopportunityforaSalesManagertojointheDavid Smith St Ives (DSSI)team.Youwill be responsible for the growth and maintenance of sales across our product portfolio, as wellofferingsupporttothedepartmental teams.

Wearelookingforanindividualwithnaturalabilitytobuildarapportandcommunicatewithcustomers,

providingthemwithtechnicalknowledgeandexperiencetodrive opportunities across our market sectors.

Role /Responsibility

Yourresponsibilitieswillincludebutnotbelimitedto:

  • Liaisewithcustomersbothinpersonandoverthephonetoforgestrongrelationships,deliveringhighlevelsof customer service.
  • Organisesiteandcustomervisitstogenerateenquiries,obtaininformationandsupportourcustomers.
  • Interpretcustomerrequirements and liaise with our internal departments to provideefficientandprofessionalestimateswhilstensuringcosteffectivenessin line with KPI’s.
  • Proactively chase sales leads and opportunities inline with agreed sales ledger and KPI’s, whilst also supporting the internal estimating teams to do the same.
