Job Title: Sales Manager

Location: London City

Salary: £65,000 – £70,000 per annum plus performance-based bonus

Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for coaching and achieving results? We’re looking for a Sales Manager to inspire and guide a high-performing team while ensuring full compliance with FCA regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, Motivate & Develop: Take ownership of team performance, setting clear targets and expectations through daily briefs, visual performance tracking, and regular feedback.
  • Performance Management: Identify underperformance early and implement tailored coaching plans, including structured 1:1s, development goals, and follow-up actions to drive improvement.
  • Quality & Compliance Oversight: Monitor QA scores, cancellations, and complaints, proactively addressing issues to maintain high standards and regulatory compliance.
  • Operational Leadership: Manage holiday approvals, shift swaps, and absences in line with HR policies, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Data Accuracy & Lead Management: Ensure all client data is handled securely and accurately, with leads managed efficiently to maximise conversion opportunities.
  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Play an active role in recruitment activities, including interviews, assessment days, and onboarding to build a strong, capable team.
