Are you ready to take the lead in transforming how industries connect, collaborate, and broadcast in real time?

We're seeking a highly experienced sales manager to lead the UK sales and commercial operations, joining the EMEA sales team of a global leader in real-time video networking and visual collaboration technologies. This role involves representing a high-performance portfolio of video solutions used across industries such as broadcast, AV, enterprise, and networking.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and expand client relationships within the assigned territory.
  • Collaborate with systems integrators, resellers, and channel partners to drive regional growth.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans tailored to the market.
  • Act as a solutions expert, presenting and demonstrating products to key stakeholders.
  • Provide pre-sales technical input and stay informed about market trends.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven B2B sales experience in broadcast, AV, networking, or enterprise environments.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to engage with both technical stakeholders and senior decision-makers.
  • Experience in strategic business development and opening new accounts.
