We are excited to offer a full-time, permanent position for a Sales Manager at our Cannock office. The realistic OTE for this role is £40,000.

About the Role
  1. Conduct accurate property valuations for various property types, including residential, investment, portfolio, and mixed-use properties.
  2. Stay updated on market trends, local property values, and economic conditions in Staffordshire and surrounding areas to provide informed valuations.
  3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients such as homeowners, investors, solicitors, and developers.
  4. Prepare comprehensive valuation reports, including market appraisals, condition assessments, and recommendations.
  5. Offer expert advice on pricing strategies, investment opportunities, and market conditions.
  6. Ensure all activities comply with legal, regulatory, and company standards.
  7. Support business development efforts through networking and referrals.
Candidate Qualities
  1. Previous property valuation experience, preferably in Staffordshire or the West Midlands.
  2. Strong understanding of residential, investment, and rural property markets.
  3. Ability to assess properties and produce accurate reports.
