Sales Manager
Location: Bournemouth, office-based
Pay: £35,000 - £45,000 with performance-based bonuses

We also offer luxury villa rentals, providing year-round luxury holidays to our clients. Our team shares a passion for mountains and luxury travel, ensuring a dynamic and engaging work environment.
The Sales Manager at Blue Skies Lifestyle is a key leadership role responsible for driving sales performance and maintaining high standards of service. You will manage a dedicated sales team, providing leadership, oversight, and support, including performance management, training, and sales strategy development. You will also act as the senior escalation point for clients and partners.
This role is primarily office-based with occasional flexibility required for urgent client matters. Travel to ski resorts and luxury villas for business development may be expected.
