Job Title: Sales Manager


Role Overview

The Sales Manager will be responsible for the management and execution of sales and customer service operations within our client's organisation. The role focuses on driving revenue and enhancing customer satisfaction, and the individual will report to the Director of Sales & AI.


Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage the daily operations of the Sales and Customer Service team.
  2. Ensure timely completion of customer queries and service requests, meeting set quality standards.
  3. Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement strategies that enhance customer experience.
  4. Track and report on key performance metrics to senior management.
  5. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
  6. Provide leadership and guidance to team members, conducting regular performance reviews.
  7. Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
  8. Support the management of refunds and monitor customer feedback on review platforms.

Qualifications & Experience

  1. Proven experience in a sales or customer service management role.
  2. Experience in managing a team, with a focus on performance improvement.
  3. Familiarity with customer service software and tools.
  4. Knowledge of market trends and the bullion industry is desirable.

Additional Information

This role may require some Saturday working, agreed in advance by rota around one per month. The position is based in Birmingham, with competitive salary and benefits package available.
