Are you an experienced Sales Manager or Business Development Manager with B2B sales experience in a technical or engineering environment?

The role is with a well-established medium-sized business with an excellent reputation, working across markets including aerospace and automotive.

Reporting to the Sales Director, this position involves selling both products and services. Most of the role will focus on the UK, with occasional international travel to meet clients and attend trade shows, averaging about one visit every two months.

The Role

1. Permanent, full-time, field-based position with a growing engineering company, involving national and occasional international travel.
2. B2B sales role focused on new business development, selling both services and products.
3. Solutions and consultative sales approach, including providing quotations.

The Person

1. Academic or professional background in a technical/engineering environment.
2. Proven success in a B2B sales or business development role.
3. UK driving license and willingness to travel nationally and internationally.
