The Job:
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Sales Manager to join a trusted and growing supplier of lime and fertiliser products. This is a great role for someone passionate about agriculture, soil health or crop production who wants to work closely with farmers in a field-based, customer-facing capacity.Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and developing relationships with existing farming customers
- Identifying and securing new business opportunities within the region
- Conducting soil sampling and analysis to support product recommendations
- Promoting and selling lime and fertiliser solutions tailored to customer needs
- Delivering high levels of customer service and technical support
- Representing the company professionally at events and trade shows
- Maintaining accurate sales records and reporting activity

The Company:

Our client is a well-established and family-run agricultural business, specialising in the supply and spreading of lime and renewable fertilisers. They are highly regarded in the industry for their reliability, service quality and technical support. With continued growth across the region, they are expanding their sales team and are proud to offer a friendly and supportive working environment with full training provided.

The Candidate:
- Strong interest in agriculture, soil health or crop production
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-starter with the ability to manage your own diary and customer base
- Previous sales or agronomy experience is an advantage but not essential
- Full UK driving licence is required
- FACTS qualification not essential – full training will be provided

The Package

- Up to £35,000 per annum depending on experience
- Uncapped commission scheme
- Use of pool car for field-based work
- Full FACTS training provided (if required)
- Supportive, long-term role within a family-run and growing business
