The Granite Group invites recent graduates or early-career professionals to join its Sales and Management Training Program. You will spend 18 months rotating across branch departments, from inventory and customer service to inside sales and design roles, preparing you for a sales or management path.

Qualifications

• Recent college graduate or early-career professional welcome.
• Willing to participate in cross-functional rotations over 18 months.
• Interest in sales, management, and business support functions.

Responsabilités

• Enter a Sales and Management Training Program designed to learn all aspects of the business.
• Rotate through Inside Sales, Heating/HVAC design, Counter and warehouse roles.
• Gain exposure to Central Distribution, Ultimate Bath Stores and business support functions.
