  • Responsible for invoicing on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
  • Cover all aspects of credit control and manage a ledger of over 700 customers.
  • Liaising closely with the hire desk for reconciliations.

Location: Four Jays Ltd, Barling Farm, East Sutton, Maidstone, Kent ME17 3DX

Salary: Competitive

Job Type: Permanent, Full time

Working Hours: 42.5 hours per week. Monday - Friday, 8.00am - 5.00pm

We are seeking an experienced, dedicated, hardworking & enthusiastic individual to join our team as a sales ledger clerk.

About The Role:

The Sales Ledger/Credit Control Clerk will be responsible for invoicing on a daily, weekly and monthly basis, covering all aspects of credit control, reconciling monies in and liaising closely with the hire desk.

Responsibilities:

  • Invoicing on a daily, weekly and monthly basis using our hire software MCS
  • All aspects of credit control, managing a ledger of over 700 customers
  • Reconciling monies in
  • Liaising closely with the hire desk

About you:

Essential:

  • Full Driving Licence due to location
  • Experience of using Microsoft Word, excel and outlook
  • Experience of using Xero accounting software preferred but not essential
  • Experience of using a plant hire software preferred but not essential
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Ability to work on an own initiative
