️ Allocating incoming payments and reconciling customer accounts.

️ Keeping the sales ledger clean, clear, and fully up to date.
What you’ll need:
️ Previous experience in a sales ledger, AR, or finance support role.
️ Accuracy and attention to detail — numbers and names matter here.
️ A confident communicator, especially over email.
️ Solid Excel skills — you know your way around filters, lookups, maybe even a pivot table.
️ A proactive mindset — you spot issues before they become problems.
