Part-Time Sales Ledger & Payroll Clerk - Mansfield | £12.64+ per hour (depending on experience) | 12-21 hours per week | On-site with free parking


Are you an experienced finance professional looking for a flexible part-time role in a friendly, well-established local business? We're working with a small company in Mansfield that's seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Sales Ledger & Payroll Clerk to support their finance operations. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys variety in their work and is confident managing tasks independently.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and reconcile sales invoices using Sage
  • Manage customer queries and issue credit notes
  • Allocate payments and assist with month-end reporting
  • Run payroll


What You'll Bring:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in payroll and accounting
  • Proficiency in Sage, Excel, and general admin tasks
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
  • A proactive, dependable approach to work
  • Knowledge of the CIS scheme is a plus.
