Ferguson Transport & Shipping are currently recruiting for a Sales Ledger Administrator to join our family run business, based in Corpach, Fort William.

This is a full time, permanent role.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, hardworking team member whose priorities are attention to detail, accuracy and versatility. They will be required to work in a busy office environment and have the ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Processing of invoices
• Maintaining and updating customer information on Sage
• Weekly driver punnet administration
• Updating and maintaining spreadsheet data, reports & systems as required
• Various additional duties as necessary as part of the admin team
