A leading technology firm is seeking a UK Sales Leader to own customer relationships and drive market strategy in the Altnet sector. The role involves managing a remote team and navigating the entire sales cycle to build new business and extend existing accounts. Ideal candidates should possess over 5 years of proven technology sales experience, a strong understanding of broadband technologies, and established C-Level relationships. Up to 75% regional travel is required for this remote-based role.

The UK Sales Leader will own the customer relationship and account strategy, participate in developing complex solutions, establish competitive value and drive closure.
Responsible for defining, creating and executing a successful Go To Market Strategy to penetrate the UK Altnet market and deliver maximum revenue potential for Calix Platforms
Leading a remote and virtual team to close new business and extend Calix position in existing accounts
Managing all stages of the sales cycle and orchestrating successful account and opportunity strategies leading to Sales growth in the territory
Managing the customer relationships at all levels and leading the team in developing complex solutions, establish competitive value, and drive closure
Demonstrable success in value-based selling and strategic account management with a proven ability to negotiate multi-year complex business relationships with senior client executives, including the CEO, CFO, CIO, Board of Directors, and evaluation committees
Candidates must be competitive, cooperative, collaborative and work well with customers both internal and external.
