We're supporting a UK Defence SME in hiring a Sales Lead to work alongside their pursuit lead covering their Land & Joint portfolio.

The role will see you selling the business services and products across the Land domain. You will be responsible for generating revenue directly with MOD & also across Primes, OEMs and SI's. Taking the product to market and closing deals with customers across the domain.

The role will see you very much at the front of the vertical and building the sales funnel through strategy, networking and events. As the sales lead for the domain your role will very much situate yourself on building and completing sales pipeline and cycles.

You will work alongside the BD lead for the vertical and be responsible for conducting sales activity throughout the lifecycle.

This role could be suited to individuals with a background in the Land domain and specifically C2ISR systems, Signals or infrastructure.

The business is one of the UK's most respected SMEs and produces a number of products and services currently integrated into HQ's and CAT A programmes. With multiple offices throughout the UK, they provide leading-edge technology that enables industry and MOD to better operate and deliver key programmes in the interest of National Security.

The position will blend a hybrid of time in office in Berkshire, work from home, and most importantly being on the road at events, with customers and building key relationships within service and industry. As a scaling business with a well-founded reputation in the market, they offer the security of a Prime but with the agility and growth potential of an SME.
