The Position

Sales Lead – Cloud and Security – United Kingdom and Ireland

Overview of the role

As a Sales Consultant at BUI, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by identifying and closing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with customers, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Respond to incoming business enquiries while proactively networking and generating self-sourced leads
  • Business Growth: Identify new business opportunities within the UK and Ireland region. Converting leads into contracts and consistently achieving financial targets.
  • Sales Negotiation: Lead and support negotiation or re-negotiation processes, securing advantageous agreements and fostering long-term relationships.
  • Client Engagement: Build and sustain strong client relationships through both telephone and face-to-face interactions, ensuring a solution-based approach to selling security service
  • Technical solution selling across multiple Microsoft, Cyber Security and Networking products and services.
  • Work closely with Strategic Vendors, including Microsoft to uncover and build on new opportunities.
  • Understand and position Microsoft programs to assist with driving Usage/Consumption growth.
  • Improve customer satisfaction with enterprise customers and own key Customer Executive-level relationships.
  • Build and maintain relationships within an assigned account base of existing customers.
  • Facilitate the introduction of BUI products and services technology capabilities, and drive the sale of technical products, programs and/or services.
  • Deliver persuasive presentations to both technical and business decision makers.

Requirements

  • Sales Acumen: Demonstrable success in achieving targets, with an understanding of margins and profitability.
  • Previous sales/account management experience with at least 5 years of industry related experience.
  • Proven sales success and expertise in solution selling.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work as a team member.
  • Must respond to rapid change, perform duties with accuracy and with a strong degree of urgency.
  • Prioritize and perform work with minimal supervision.
  • Able to handle large quantities of information while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
  • May require travel, which may include international travel
