Business Client Development
- Deliver the brand message to enhance the customer journey
- Create an extraordinary customer sales experience to impact sales results positively
- Maximize potential across all product categories through brand storytelling and fostering category synergies
Leadership & Engagement Support
- Support managers in creating an inclusive, customer-first work environment
- Assist the team in using service metrics to achieve sales and profit goals
- Help develop team product knowledge and selling culture
Operations
- Be an expert in Ralph Lauren store systems, procedures, and cash management; interpret key business reports
- Maintain and coach brand standards and presentation
- Coordinate marketing initiatives and price changes
