Essential Duties & Responsibilities

What You'll Do

Business Client Development

  • Deliver the brand message to enhance the customer journey
  • Create an extraordinary customer sales experience to impact sales results positively
  • Maximize potential across all product categories through brand storytelling and fostering category synergies

Leadership & Engagement Support

  • Support managers in creating an inclusive, customer-first work environment
  • Assist the team in using service metrics to achieve sales and profit goals
  • Help develop team product knowledge and selling culture

Operations

  • Be an expert in Ralph Lauren store systems, procedures, and cash management; interpret key business reports
  • Maintain and coach brand standards and presentation
  • Coordinate marketing initiatives and price changes
