The Role

The Sales Invoicing Administrator will be responsible for managing a broad range of sales invoicing functions, ensuring accurate and efficient financial processes.

Key responsibilities include high-volume invoice processing, portal management, and query resolution, as well as supporting month-end procedures and performing other accounts or administrative duties as required. This role is essential in maintaining smooth operations within the sales and finance teams.

The Requirements:
  • Previous sales invoicing experience ideally in facilities management or a related technical field is highly desirable
  • Knowledge of CAFM software, Microsoft Office, Sage
