- Support the club in achieving sales and retention KPI targets.
- Handle member complaints professionally and inform the relevant manager.

- Competent in administrative duties
- Driven, ambitious, eager to learn and develop
- Willing to participate in learning and development opportunities
- Able to perform operational key holder duties as required
- Passionate about fitness, administration, and customer service
- Flexible to work shifts that suit the business needs, including weekends and bank holidays
- Target-focused to support sales and retention goals
