• To support the sales and retention of memberships through excellent customer service.
• To contribute with the cleaning and hygiene standards of the club as and when required.
• To be a competent key holder of the club, covering shifts as and when required.
• To have a good understanding of the membership software system.
• Ensure you are always up to date with current Fitness Challenges, Class descriptions, and gym floor focus, and participate in these.
• Support the Fitness Manager with Gym Floor duties.
• Ensure that you have experienced the products and services on offer.
• Ensure the cleanliness of the facilities is always above expectation by actively participating in the upkeep of the club, with support from the full team.
• Drive the secondary spend KPI targets.
• Deal competently with every member complaint experienced, and ensure the relevant manager is informed.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maximise every member and guest’s experience in our club.
• Support sales and retention of memberships through excellent customer service.
• Contribute to the cleaning and hygiene standards of the club as required.
• Be a competent key holder, covering shifts as needed.
• Understand the membership software system well.
• Stay updated with current Fitness Challenges, Class descriptions, and gym focus areas, and participate in these.
• Support the Fitness Manager with Gym Floor duties.
• Experience the products and services offered.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the facilities above expectations by actively participating in the club's upkeep.
• Support the club in achieving sales and retention KPI targets.
• Handle member complaints professionally and inform the relevant manager.
