As a Sales & Growth Manager at Socialbear, you will be passionate about lead generation and selling to high-growth organizations in the UK and internationally. You excel at penetrating accounts quickly, demonstrating value, and compressing decision cycles.

You enjoy understanding products deeply and communicating their value to customers. Always seeking new opportunities, you will use digital platforms such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Hunter.io for lead generation and outreach.

The Impact You Will Have
  • Become a subject matter expert on all products and services offered by The Socialbear Group.
  • Use consultative sales skills to assess client needs and educate on digital platforms that enhance customer support.
  • Manage and maintain a robust sales pipeline using our CRM system (HubSpot or similar).
  • Research and find leads in the field to build a strong sales pipeline.
  • Focus on meeting and exceeding sales goals monthly.
  • Establish yourself as an industry expert, educating decision makers and building rapport by staying up-to-date with the latest trends.
  • Build and sustain long-lasting relationships with new and potential clients.
  • Research potential clients’ products or services and outreach via digital channels to demonstrate value.
  • Arrange meetings with potential clients to present proposals addressing their requirements.
  • Attend sales meetings, trade shows, and training workshops as needed.
  • Apply creative selling approaches to create value for customers.
What We Look For
  • Passion for selling SaaS-based products and services.
  • 1-3 years of digital sales experience (AI sales experience is a bonus).
  • A proven track record of achieving and exceeding goals in digital sales roles.
  • Ability to work and learn in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills at executive and CxO levels.
  • Bachelor's Degree.
