Job Purpose:

As a product lead, you will oversee the lifecycle of digital healthcare products used to service patients across the UK. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our products meet the highest standards of quality, usability, and compliance. Your role is pivotal in aligning product strategies with the needs of healthcare providers and patients, ensuring our solutions deliver maximum value.

Principal Accountabilities:

Product Strategy and Vision
• Develop and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap that aligns with the company’s strategic objectives and the needs of the NHS and patients.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.


Stakeholder Engagement
• Collaborate with NHS representatives, healthcare professionals, patients and the business to gather insights and feedback.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for product initiatives.


Product Development:
• Lead cross-functional teams, including design, development, and QA, to deliver high-quality digital products on time and within budget.
• Prioritize features and enhancements based on user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.


Compliance and Quality Assurance:
• Ensure all products comply with relevant NHS standards, data protection regulations, and industry best practices.
• Implement rigorous testing and quality assurance processes to ensure product reliability and performance.


Performance Monitoring and Improvement:
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and inform future improvements.
• Use data-driven insights to continuously enhance user experience and product functionality.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required:

  • Experience in product management, preferably in a healthcare or digital health setting.
  • Strong understanding of the NHS ecosystem and healthcare industry in the UK.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects.
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies and user-centered design principles.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

**Essential Requirements:**

  • Experience of developing on or managing digital or CRM enterprise systems and applications.
  • Experience with one or more of the following CRM platforms: Salesforce, Dynamics 365.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps Boards or equivalent requirements management tools.
