STADA UK Thornton & Ross - Sales Force Effectiveness Analyst
Huddersfield|United Kingdom (GB)|Full-time|12-month Fixed-Term Contract, with a preferred start date no later than 25 August 2025
We’re looking for a Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) Analyst to join our Commercial Excellence team on a 12-month maternity leave cover. In this pivotal role, you’ll help drive business performance by transforming data into actionable insights that empower the Rx Sales Team to achieve their goals on promoted brands. You will be instrumental in building and maintaining performance dashboards, leveraging multiple data sources, and helping to shape the overall data strategy for the Rx Hub. Your work will enhance data clarity, increase automation, and improve decision-making through modern analytics and visualization tools.
This role is ideal for someone with 2–3 years of experience in UK Pharma, MedTech, FMCG or a related industry, who thrives on turning data into business impact.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need strong analytical skills and the ability to generate insights from complex data. You should be comfortable with data transformation and dashboard creation, and be proactive in identifying opportunities for process improvement. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are essential, as is the ability to manage and structure data effectively.
A growth mindset and high learning agility will also be key assets, as you’ll be working in a fast-evolving environment that values continuous development and innovation.
