What Are We Looking For?

We are seeking a confident, hands-on, high-performing Sales Floor Manager. You will manage a sales team responsible for generating online demonstrations of our digital services. This role is critical for sustaining and expanding the business’s success and rapid growth plans in the UK.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing an outbound telephone-based Sales or Customer Service Team, driving quality and strong performance in a targeted environment. Experience in a B2B setting is desirable but not essential. A proactive approach to management, coaching, pipeline & campaign planning, and revenue generation is essential.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  1. Recruit, train, coach, and manage a high-performing telesales team of up to 15 individuals.
  2. Develop and manage the CRM system to optimise data and leads.
  3. Provide regular sales figures and MI reports.
  4. Walk the sales floor regularly to drive activity, performance, and KPIs.
  5. Manipulate sales data to maximise opportunities.
  6. Manage campaigns effectively.
  7. Continuously seek to improve sales performance by monitoring leads, conversions, and sales.
  8. Introduce incentives to motivate and drive the team.
What You Bring to the Team
  • Proven track record managing a telephone-based sales department.
  • Ability to build, manage, and drive sales in a targeted, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Ability to influence and liaise with all levels up to Directors.
  • A consultative sales approach.
