Role and Responsibilities:

1. Drive sales performance and achieve daily and weekly targets.
2. Mentor and coach your team through training and guidance.
3. Ensure exceptional customer experience from start to finish.
4. Collaborate with Store and Area Managers to develop sales strategies.
5. Oversee transactions and maintain operational standards.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 3 years of experience leading sales teams in retail (furniture preferred).
2. Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
3. Ability to work the required schedule: Tuesday to Friday (10 AM - 6 PM), Saturday (9 AM - 6 PM), and every other Sunday (10 AM - 4 PM).
4. Availability to travel for training for at least two weeks.

Preferred:

1. Supervising, management, and customer service experience (1 year).
2. Driving Licence.
