- Sales Transformation: Demonstrated success in sales transformation initiatives, reengineering lead-to-order processes to drive significant growth, operational efficiency, and a sustainable competitive edge for clients.
- Go to Market Operating Model: Comprehension of operating models, specifically sales and go-to-market functions.
- Proficient in advanced data analysis and insight.
- Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams—including sales, marketing, and operations—to align lead-to-order processes with overarching business objectives, ensuring seamless and cohesive execution across departments.
- Working knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics) and understanding of how these systems integrate with ERP platforms to enhance sales operations is a plus.
