As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for assisting customers in their vehicle purchase journey and ensuring a seamless buying experience. Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded throughout the sales process
- Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle by understanding their preferences, budget, and lifestyle
- Conduct test drives and provide detailed product knowledge to customers
- Initiate and manage sales inquiries, following up on leads and converting them into sales opportunities
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving sales targets
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure a smooth sales process and excellent customer service
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities
Requirements
- Previous experience in automotive sales or a customer-facing role is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
- A passion for the automotive industry and luxury vehicles
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
- Knowledge of sales techniques and customer service principles
- A valid driver's license
