ABOUT THE ROLE AND OUR TEAM:

We are seeking a New Business and Renewals Sales Executive responsible for building rapport with business owners, advising on advertising benefits on Hitched, and managing renewals. Our Sales Executives are independent, motivated, and achieve monthly sales goals by creating connections and understanding client needs. The team fosters valuable partnerships with local wedding professionals, driving success for local businesses.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly targets and daily activity expectations
  • Manage a sales pipeline from start to finish
  • Make high volumes of sales calls daily
  • Build and maintain strong rapport over the phone with potential clients
  • Follow up persistently to negotiate contracts and close deals
  • Organize workday efficiently and proactively manage time
  • Track interactions and update opportunities in the CRM
  • Collaborate with team members across departments
SUCCESSFUL SALES EXECUTIVE CANDIDATES HAVE:
  • At least 1+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong analytical skills to identify trends and propose solutions
  • Confidence and enthusiasm in presenting to decision-makers
  • Excellent communication skills to engage and persuade
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions
  • Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills
  • Proven success in fast-paced, evolving, and competitive environments
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems
