ABOUT THE ROLE AND OUR TEAM:

The Knot Worldwide is looking for a New Business and Renewals Sales Executive to join the team responsible for building rapport with business owners, advising them on how advertising on Hitched can help market their business to engaged couples, or reviewing the partnership and making renewal recommendations. Our Sales Executives are independent, highly motivated, and capable of achieving monthly sales goals. They excel at creating connections, building rapport with business owners and decision makers, and understanding their goals and needs. The team focuses on building valuable partnerships with local wedding professionals and driving success for local businesses.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly targets and daily activity expectations
  • Manage a sales pipeline from start to finish
  • Make a high volume of sales calls daily
  • Build and maintain strong rapport over the phone with potential clients to uncover needs and deliver effective presentations
  • Follow up persistently to negotiate contracts and close deals to maximize profits
  • Organize workday efficiently and proactively manage time
  • Record notes on all interactions and keep opportunities updated in the CRM
  • Collaborate with team members across departments
SUCCESSFUL SALES EXECUTIVE CANDIDATES HAVE:
  • At least 1+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong analytical skills to identify trends, understand challenges, propose solutions, and evaluate results
  • Confidence and enthusiasm when presenting to decision makers
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with persuasive ability
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions
  • Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills
  • Proven success in a fast-paced, evolving, and competitive environment
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems
