Rocksteady Music School have an excellent opportunity for a Sales Executive to join their sales team at the largest and fastest growing Rock School in the world at their office within a beautiful, converted manor house in Liphook, Hampshire.

Rocksteady have been delivering progressive and inclusive music lessons for over a decade, sending passionate musicians into schools to teach primary school children how to perform music in a band. About the role
As a Sales Executive full training will be provided and your responsibilities will include:

  • Engaging in good quality conversations with decision makers and confidently articulate the benefits of our music lessons
  • Be responsible for lead generation and accountable for your sales campaigns
  • Working as one of our ‘School Champions’ in the sales team
  • Work closely with the teams in the office and communicate regularly with the out of office sales team including helping schedule their time

About you
To be successful for the role of Sales Executive you must have / be:

  • Confident calling potential new clients on the phone and building completely new relationships
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of empathy and strong listening skills
  • Team player that always demonstrates a positive and enthusiastic approach to work
  • Approachable and personable with a deep sense of integrity
  • Passionate about music and its benefits
  • Highly organised and target driven

About the rewards
For the role of Sales Executive, full training will be provided and you will receive a salary of £22,000 per annum with an OTE of £25,000 plus excellent benefits which include:
