About the Company

Artemis Talent is partnering exclusively with a TCA & BestEx software provider. This company has experienced significant growth by working with respected Asset Managers and Hedge Funds across the US. They offer cutting-edge technological solutions for compliance functions, including Surveillance and Best Execution services. As they expand in the US and UK markets, they are seeking additional sales talent to grow their client base.

Role Focus

This position is focused on new business acquisition. You should possess a Hunter/New Business mentality, be driven and self-motivated to leverage your network and the Buyside to generate revenue and close qualified leads.

Experience Requirements

Minimum 6 years of experience selling to the Financial Services (Regtech) space, with a proven track record of closing deals involving highly configurable software.

Responsibilities
  • Sell Regulatory, Compliance, or Trading Software.
  • Engage with CIOs, Heads of Risk, Portfolio Managers, and other key decision-makers in Financial Services.
  • Develop a deep understanding of Surveillance and Compliance products, including competitors' offerings.
  • Acquire new customers by managing qualified leads and closing deals effectively.
Qualifications
  • At least 4 years of experience as a hunter in regulatory software products, such as Market & Trade Surveillance.
  • Over 3 years of experience in Financial Services Software sales to Buy & Sell Side, with average deal sizes exceeding $100k.
  • Experience selling and closing sales of highly configurable software to financial services firms.
