The role: Sales Executive

Salary: £20,000 Basic – £40-50K OTE (uncapped)

Location: Stockton On Tees

Contract Type: Permanent

Hours: 40 hours, 5 days out of 7 on a rota – weekend work required

As a Sales Executive, you will be vital to our growth and ensuring first-class service for our customers. Help us shake off outdated industry clichés and drive forward as the most desired car retailer.

What will my day-to-day look like?

• Build rapport with customers in the showroom
• Deliver a no-pressure sales experience and identify customer needs
• Complete face-to-face quotes on recommended vehicles
• Upsell relevant products and finance options
• Work with the team to meet and exceed sales targets
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure same-day delivery and manage expectations for delays

• A full UK driving licence
• Experience in customer service
• Sales or target-driven experience is a plus
• Ability to build rapport and understand customer needs
• Flexibility for weekend work
