Sales Executive - Hyundai, St Albans
Our busy Hyundai dealership in St Albans is looking to add to our team of Sales Executives. This role would be suitable for established automotive sales executives.
We are offering a high basic salary of £22,500 p.a., linked to an uncapped bonus scheme that delivers realistic earnings of over £65,000 p.a. for our top performers.
Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will focus on ensuring all customers are met to provide a consistent approach to our sales process, with a focus on delivering a full 360 sales approach.
You will be responsible for optimizing the dealership's profitability while maintaining excellent customer relations. This includes the effective use of Brayleys' sales processes and enquiry management, guiding customers from initial welcome to negotiation and closing.
We want you to interact naturally and courteously with customers in the showroom, on the phone, or online, to deliver an outstanding customer experience. This involves thoroughly qualifying customer needs and recommending appropriate additional products.
